Applied Behavior Analysis- ABA Therapy

is a scientific discipline that is proven to be an effective intervention for individuals diagnosed with Autism and other related disabilities.  ABA therapy is not a one size fits all approach, but rather an individualized program developed to meet the specific needs of each child. 

Verbal Behavior- VB

derived from the work of B. F. Skinner (1957) Analysis of Verbal Behavior and is a behavioral analysis of language with regards to its form and function.  We look at language as a behavior that can be directly taught and increased through the use of reinforcement.  Through the use of tools, such as the Verbal Behavior- Milestones Assessment and Placement Program (VB-MAPP, Sundberg) are used to identify language objectives and provide a curriculum and skills tracking system.
